I booked a uber this morning. Uber cancelled the trip but took my money. I was not able to book another uner or taxi because they put my money in pending with my bank. Because if this I lost £250 job.
They came up with some excuse. Iake a uber almost everyday so I dint understand why had ti check my bank details as I use the same details all the time.
Then I called up customer service for this person to be being abrupt. I am very disappointed
