After placing an order from Panda express via Uber Eats, I explicitly selected $0.00 for a tip. However, one hour later, they actually debited my PayPal account for $4 for a tip without my consent or without authorisation. I have contacted customer service and on many social media Platforms, but so far, everyone has refused to give me my money they took from my account. I’m escalating this to the chief executive and I’m getting PayPal involved
In my opinion, this is an appalling company and I would steer well clear of them.
