Honestly horrendous system will do anything but give you a refund or listen to the issues. Paying for priority delivery and having the delivery person still arrive so late is atrocious. Like I just want my money back… but the system will do anything but give you the time of day with a human.
Even the customer service is trash. The agent gives you like pre-stated responses and doesn’t even solve the problem
