Place an order for KFC. Clearly says there should be 3 bags. We received bag 1/3 and 3/3. Missing half the order that was supposed to be in bag 2. Called driver who says “ well that’s all there was”. Common sense would say “hmm, it says there should be 3 but there are only 2. MAYBE I SHOULD ASK SOMEONE “???? But she didn’t. Just told me to tell them I didn’t get all my order. The store said it was all picked up. Uber refused to refund. Will no longer continue to fund incompetence. Will be canceling my Uber account.
