Uber has zero customer support.
Fraud on my account cleared by Amex, not my charges. Uber says that I must to pay for the fraudulent rides regardless. I will NEVER pay for such Fraud. There is no customer fraud line and no way for riders to contact Uber for dispute. Amex said it was up to me to clear my name with Uber. Also ridiculous.
I should invent some fraudulent service for Uber to pay me? If they attempt to call and dispute, they can "chat" with my AI chat team run by my 🐱 cat. See how far that goes. It's so dumb. It makes me sick.
