Paid for food, didn’t receive chips. Got a $5 voucher which was then taken away. Support used same automated responses each time I contacted them. After hours of their “specialized team” reviewing my issue they decided I was not charged more and closed the issue. This happened about 5 times each time with the same response. Finally the support agent wrote something different. I could barely make out the broken english making up a response that strayed outside the script. They then closed my issue again as if I could understand the broken english that apparently resolved my issue.
