Too many issues to list. Honor your commitment that was made to consumers when the company started about economical travel, no tips, reliable and safe cars and drivers, customer rights, etc….. now drivers change minds without notice, no show with zero culpability, yet customers are charged when they gave to wait for 2 mins….. policies are going in the wrong directions. Drivers are indicating there are too many Uber drivers and that they are not being paid enough…. One said more than 60% goes to Uber per drive. Not sure if that was to get more tip from me or reality.
