I think Uber makes most of their money by sending drivers too soon. If they come before you finish applying, you are charged if the pick up time is different from your request.
The Uber request form on the computer is horrible. It is not user-friendly at all. I am really disappointed that they have not organized their request form and will send a driver while you're still typing. Uber needs to improve their request service, and return the money that was charged for a driver that came too early.
