Uber is no longer same as it was. The app has more flaws than ever before. I am repeatedly having issues with Uber.
Biggest mistake to use Share Ride. The app turned us around back to my original location where I was picked up and picked up a ride (share ride) in opposite direction. Added 35 minutes to arrival time ant airport. I consequently missed my flight and caused a lot more than I could afford.
