Uber has charged me duplicate charges for a trip I took. This isn't even the first time. They then say it's an authorization hold and that the money will eventually be deposited back into my bank account, but it never happens as they claim.
There was an email shared stating that they have removed authorization holds, yet they still manage to deduct twice from bank accounts and claim it as authorization holds. It's so frustrating, and they take ages to reply. I am very disappointed.
