I would give less than 1 if possible. I reserved a ride the day before it was needed. It was confirmed. The time I was supposed to be picked up came and went...no messages. No texts. No calls. When I went to the app and tried to figure out what was going on, I finally got an on-screen message that no drivers were available! Why do they make reservations when there is no actual reservation. NEVER will I ever attempt to use this service again and NEVER would I recommend it to anyone. Unreliable. Uncommunicative. And you are left with no way to contact anyone. HORRIBLE company
