They state, we thoroughly investigated your situation but they really do not. I will not be driving much longer. I have a 5 star rating because of my customer service and over 5000 rides. But they just end the conversation before proving or listening to your data. 28 years in the financial business, if someone did that they would be fired. You do not end conversations until something is resolved. People have gotten me as a rider and said, "we heard about you." " We were excited to finally get you." That's the type of customer service you should strive for.
