I used Uber Flash and lost my item, and the experience since then has been beyond frustrating. I contacted support, but the agents are completely useless, repeating the same scripted responses like parrots with no actual resolution. It’s shocking that they don't even have a proper system in place to track previous complaints! Even when I provided screenshots and all necessary details, they just ignored the issue and closed my complaint without any solution.
I’ve requested to speak to a manager several times, and yet they repeatedly dismiss it with the same automated responses. This is hands down the worst service I’ve ever encountered. At the very least, I asked for an email response, and even that simple request seems to be beyond their capabilities. This is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional.
