Horrible customer service.
I paid for the same order twice with no resolve. They say the driver called, but no call was received. They say he left the food. It wasn't there. I asked for a refund. They did not provide it. I ordered the food again, thinking for sure Uber would resolve the issue correctly. They did not. Buyer beware. Uber eats customer service is a disservice.
