Uber's owners don't even knoe what is going on in their own company. i'm a driver based in the UK. i have a neurolgical condition and i was trying to explain to the customer support female that i couldn't access the zoom virtual go electric webinar. She had zero patience and zero accounability and then said abruptly right i'm hanging up the phone then hung up on me. i couldn't beleive a multi national company would allow this.
