Would have given them a 0 score but not an option. Worst customer service. How are they allowed to do false advertisement. I thought that was against the law. Estimated time of arrival does not match true delivery time. And no matter if you cancel in 1 minute after being placed you will still be charged. Posted picture of one of their customer service representatives telling me not to cancel through the app must do a chat to cancel to avoid being charged.
