I’ve spent tens of thousands of dollars with Uber and after being a loyal customer for 14+ years my Uber cash does not work and I am watching my money expire as Uber never gets back to me about how to fix this issue.
This is illegal. I have been watching my money disappear because Uber will not fix the Uber cash problem. They say they reach out to you but they do not.
I have tried to reach Uber 37 times and without fail I never get a response. You should be ashamed of yourself.
