Even it doesn't deserve 1 start but still I don't have any option. Uber charged me for old trip but I was already paid for it as after trip end there was no option to pay through uber app so I transferred amount to cab driver's personal account and after 8 months it again charged me for old trip as I didn't paid through app. But this is uber's fault that allows his cab driver to accept money in his personal account and uber doesn't update the status for trip charge that amount paid instead they will charge it on your next trip.This is how uber provide service to their customer. Does customer's review is taken seriously ?
