Driver showed up to wrong location and was charged over the price given, they gave me a partial refund but did not refund it as cash and gave me uber credit - I reached out to support and asked for this to be refunded as actual cash and the message was just completly glossed over and was clearly an auto/AI response - Uber has had its day it is a shell of what it once was - DELETE THE APP
