I got a dangerous driver that was on his phone and came close to hitting 2 cars! They said my ride wasn't eligible for a refund instead they put $7 in my uber wallet! I didn't ask for you to find a way to keep the money in your company, I asked for a refund for getting a dangerous driver!!!!!! I have been trying to get a refund since the 18th of Oct. They continue to ignore me I literally haven't gotten a response for days now!! I'm deleting the app and downloading lyft they're cheaper anyway I'm so disappointed in your company please do better!!!!
