I was fine with Uber until ,They started hitting my card with extra fees especially when its not my problem that the drivers they send my way can't speak no bit of english and they sometimes can't find me and don't make the effort to and when I call to contact driver and one answered the phone and hung up on my face without saying anything. The next one couldn't speak English and I was late to work on his account of not being able to speak and communicate properly for him to find me cause he was in the wrong section. Why should I be over charged for the drivers mistake come on 😞😞 very disappointed
