I had a promotional coupon code for 25$ off of a meal but it wouldn't let me send it. So I used support and they asked me for screenshots which I provided. Then they told me it had been deactivated by Uber with no explanation. They said Uber reserves the right to remove a promo anytime they want to and there's nothing they can do. So they already knew this and yet had me send screenshots for no reason. I've never had this bad of an experience before. I will never use Uber again.
