I think Uber is doing abuse of power on Customers . How come we give Uber full access to our bank account, however they don’t provide any phone number to contact them in case of emergency . It’s nonsense ! Uber keeps charging people multiple times for one single ride and doesn’t give a way to communicate with them easily. They have to put a stop on that . Every time I ride with Uber they charge my debit card and my credit card for the same transaction . It’s extremely disappointing and frustrating.
