Booked a ride to Ontario Metrolink train station at 4:40 am. First driver kept saying “on his way”. Finally he cancelled and another driver was immediately booked. My train was at 5:21 and my flight out of Burbank at 8:00 am. I arrived at Ontario Metrolink at 5:25. Missed my train. Next train is at 6:21. Missed my flight. Impossible to connect to customer support. Phone number works 10 am - 8 pm EST. Chat is for drivers only. So I am stuck. Hate UBER! Using Lyft from now on.
