I ordered Uber green on 15/11/24 at 4.20pm.The trip was from domestic airport to Bermuda Rd st Helliers. The car was dirty small urine, driver was constantly on the phone talking Indian language.
I tell to driver that this is not the car I was ordered. He stopped car at McDonald domestic airport, he charged me full price as I was traveling to my current destination. There was issue with app I was trying to restart my phone and lost all trips history. There no recipes on my email address. I was charged again by another Uber driver to finish my trip
