After one hour of trying every channel to write to Uber support to report an extra charge today, I have come to the conclusion that Uber deliberately making difficult for riders to access an email. And of course no phone number.
I have followed every instruction and every time I am back to first square.
Please tell me what government entity I should write my complaint to.
Every legitimate company has a contact or support option and when you click the page for email and a page should appear for consumer to write his/ her complaints.
getting refund is extremely difficult and It is on PURPOSE.
