Terrible Experience – Worst Support Ever:
I contacted Uber support twice about an issue, and both times they just transferred me to another team and never followed up. I wasted so much time and money, and still got no help. Their support is completely useless, and they couldn’t care less about resolving issues. I will never use Uber One again and will never recommend it to anyone. Absolute garbage service.
