Left phone in uber car. Horrible service. Never connected with driver. How is it possible not to be able to talk to a person?? The chat line sucks. The reps kept ending the chat when they felt the problem was solved. It is so hard to get back connected. I still have heard NOTHING on the missing phone. I called the phone multiple times until it just automatically went to voice mail. Will start using Lyft to see if they are any better or yellow cab. They can be contacted so much easier!!
