Totally disappoints and makes upset to their customer.
Had trip yesterday with one driver who was very rude and aggressive. Also used some abusive words. When I asked him to leave he left us in the middle of road.
More surprising before we put his feedback, to save himself he put false blame on us and then uber charged us unnecessarily.
He also put an incorrect blame that I was drunk as this was totally intolerable as I am from a Sikh family and didn't ever touch alcohol in my life.
But Uber charged me unnecessarily without listening my side.
