I put in an order from Thai express. After submitting the order, it stated the location was a little further but to wait a few minutes. When I saw that the order was not from the Thai express close to me but rather a further away location, I tried to modify it but it didn't give me that option. I cancelled the order and called the location right away. the merchant told me they had not started my order and so I should get a refund. I spoke with multiple chat supports on uber and they kept pastin the same answer, that they could not refund me because the merchant had started the order. When I would tell them the order was not started, they would just close the chat. Extremely frustrating customer service and they lost a customer over 19$
