Uber support is THE WORST. I've had so many issues with them. My latest Uber Eats order was missing half the items. Uber Support refused to give me a refund. After 14 hrs, I finally got a response saying they couldn't refund me because I didn't provide images of the receipt or the food. At this point, the part of the order that did come was in the trash, and therefore I could not take a picture of the order. Besides that, you can't take a picture of food that doesn't exist!!
I've had a MUCH better experience with DoorDash. I only switched to Uber to get Marriott points. Not anymore. I will be dumping Uber Eats and Uber because of this latest incident. Will be going with DoorDash and Lyft from now on. I recommend the same for everyone else.
