I was renting a car with hertz program.
Payment was due but I didn't have the money in account. When I put money in, uber decided to send my money to an old card that was overdrawn.
Resulting in them keeping my money.
I lost car, job, home and left me completely embarrassed stranded outside hertz.it obviously hit my credit as well.
I emailed and spoke with a million reps.
All for nothing.
Just to get a massive amount of letters from hertz demanding the money uber decided to send to a inactive card.
I am still recovering from this. I was a five star driver with over 4,000 rides, all to get shafted and ignored like garbage. I just want uber to own up to their mistake and settle this balance since it was uber who sent my car payment to wrong card. This was a very difficult time for me. Please help.
