I booked an Uber ride om Christmas eve from my office [Wipro, Sector 20, Plot no 480, Gurgaon]. The drive came and asked me for my OTP. After I gave my OTP, he said first we will drop his stuff (saman) and will move to my drop point which I declined and tried to cancel my ride. He immediately canceled it from his mobile phone and drove away.
SO, WHY SHOULD I PAY 22 RUPEES FOR YOUR HORRIBLE SIRVICE!
