Disturbingly POOR customer service. I received probably about a dozen emails about a free 3 month trial for UberOne if I signed up. Every single time I went to “claim” this offer I was charged. I raised 4, FOUR tickets to get the promo I was offered and I was NEVER responded to. Everything is done by a pathetic chat (makes sense since it’s so easy to ignore and hold no one accountable). My issue always had to be sent to a “specialized team” lmao. What a joke- a specialized team who just never responded and then would come back months later and ask if my issue was resolved when clearly it wasn’t. What a pathetic company. I used the last of my gift card and won’t be returning as a customer ever!
