What went wrong? 3 years of money being charged to our credit card when we don’t even use Uber!! And a criminally difficult procedure to remove our credit card from Ubers site plus zero response to my pleas for help! In fact so difficult we gave up trying and not wishing to stop a credit card just accepted that this is what we had to do … keep allowing payments to go out until we figured a way to stop them and agree a refund. So £5.99 every month, then random extra payments going out on top of this. Uber just not at all interested in correcting this. If I could give -10 stars I obviously would. £293 later I’ve finally stopped my credit card. We only left it this long as each time we tried we thought we’d get somewhere closer to resolving this and get a full refund. Hindsight etc… DO NOT SIGN UP TO USING UBER!!
(It will be interesting to see if Uber responds now…. But I very much doubt it)
