Charged me 4 times for 1 Uber trip, I contacted them with in 24 hours. They had a back and fourth with me about it waiting until a month had passed then claimed they could not refund because "I had contacted more 30 days later" which was clearly entirely untrue and made up. Not the real scenario so basically just refused to refund money they had stolen from my account.
