Just wanna let anyone know that may use Uber they aren’t responsible for there drivers at all and very limited help you get from them I recently traveled to Florida with my children wasn’t out of the Uber for one minute saw I left my bag with cash credit cards in it i immediately called and texted the driver lucio to no avail Contacted Uber who told me they will try also finally an hour later I got a response that no bag was found I repeatedly called the driver who still till today has never answered me So here I am no money no cards can’t register with my children I will never ever use them again and anyone who asks me about Uber I will Let them know they are terrible with support or helping anyone
