Customer service is garbage, clueless. Losing so much money because of those useless, never ever solve any issue in 6 years, so frustrating. Uber Ripping off drivers making so much money. They don't even bother by getting Stupid human to solve issues.
All what they do ia saying thanl you for your patience and will work on solving your issue. Absulutley worthless.
