The app is a nightmare for me to use. I saw that I could book up to 90 days ahead but when trying to make the booking for the 9th Feb at 8.45 am inadvertently the app reverted to the present and I inadvertently made a booking for pickup at 5.30 pm which the app keeps defaulting to. By the time I realized my error and sought to cancel I was charged $25 for a cancelled trip. The app is extremely difficult to navigate. The app is user UNfriendly. The grab for cash left a me very bad taste so much so that I have cancelled the 9th Feb trip, uninstalled the app and will use taxis in future.
