I am extremely disappointed with Uber’s customer support, especially my experience with Sesethu. She initially assured me that I would receive a full refund, only to later claim it was a "miscommunication" and refund just $10. After countless requests for clarification, she marked my issue as resolved without actually addressing my concerns. This is unacceptable, and it feels like Uber is not valuing its customers. I expected better transparency and accountability.
