I have had the worst experience with uber for almost 2 weeks now. They have been over charging more than double and keep saying there is nothing wrong with the charges but when I request the trip they give a different price. I have sent them ALL the evidence and still they say there is nothing wrong with the charges. To top it all off they threaten to deactivate my account if I keep disputing. I wouldn’t need to dispute anything if the charges doesn’t keep changing! The customer service agents are all BOTS sending the same automated messages! No one even escalated my issue. The money they overcharge me is the rest of the months travelling fare.
