We booked a ride in advance and was quoted a high price. Since it was snowing and difficult driving conditions I assumed that was the reason for the stiff price. Only when I later viewed the details of the price did I note we were charged a $50 booking fee!! Are you kidding me. I thought the extra dough was going to the driver, not. I complained and got the canned answer. I won't be using Uber again if I can avoid them.
