Booked a cab on the app. Wanted to change destination as I needed to add on another stop. App would not do this ( it never do) so had to cancel the booking and rebook with new destinations. Only Uber took out money from the first booking and didn’t refund me and lost £5 for a ride I did not take. Called Uber and apparently my home post code don’t exist! Absolutely awful service.
