I am sick of uber and the lack of communication. Twice Ibooked rides only to watch car getting close to my house, then his route changing. Arrival time kept changing. Missed my appointment once and was late the second time.
Today I booked a ride ahead of time for 11am. Saw time listed was 11:30. Tried desperately to change it. App wouldn’t allow it. Calls kept saying no one was available to answer. Eventually disconnected after waiting a few mminutes. Now I’m charged for cancellation.
I am through with Uber.
