Dear Stephen I'm reaching out to report a concerning experience with Uber Eats. Despite being a loyal customer, I've been scammed by the help chat agent and the driver. Here's a summary of the incident: - I placed an order with my correct address. - The driver went to a different location and claimed I wasn't available. - I provided screenshots of our communication, proving the driver's error. - Uber Eats support falsely claimed the driver waited 8 minutes and left, contradicting our communication records. I have call recordings and timestamps to support my claim. I request a refund and demand that Uber Eats investigates this The driver arrived at 15:57 and we started communicating at 15:59 we even had a one min long call were he stated that he will contact support to ensure my refund. But the agents say he waited 8 minutes and could not get ahold of me yet I gave them proof that we were in contact the whole time. It’s honestly not about my R220 but it’s the PRINCIPLE UBER CNT lie and fail to take accountability and think everything will just go away I want my money
