Have had decent experiences until now. Order meals and items were missing. customer service stated, "we can't refund you since you didn't pay for them". Attempted to explain it's part of the 17 dollar meals and the customer service rep just didn't understand it was PART OF THE MEAL!! So ultimately I have two half completed meals missing items and I'm just SOL because I didn't specifically pay for fries and colslaw separately from the meal combo option. Oh and the cherry on top some random person pulls up doesnt match the photo nor the car and the rep didn't get the frustrations. So today was a bust no resolution in sight. Greedy company. They definitely lost a customer today.
