On 02.02.2025 I had booked a ride and the bill was paid by cash as insisted by the driver.
On 10.2.2025 I tried to book a cab, I was shown the previous amount as unpaid. So I had to pay it and proceeded for booking, the journey was successfully completed and the amount was paid cash as insisted by the driver.
Again when I tried to book a cab yesterday the pending amount is seen. Though I had paid the amount my uber account is showing as Rs 563.72 pending.
Will someone respond. I have lodged complaint via app also.
