If I could give it a 0 I would. Scheduled a ride for pick up at 6:50am the driver did not show until 7:24am. I requested a partial refund since it did also make me late to work. They refunded me $1 . It’s a joke and why have a reservation option on there if it’s not going to be for the time you reserve. I will be only using Lyft from here forward.
