I am extremely disappointed with my recent Uber experience. I lost my phone during a ride, and when I contacted the driver, he falsely denied having it. After a full day of trying to resolve this, the driver finally returned my phone, but not before demanding an additional $20 for "gas money." To top it off, I was charged an unreasonable $200 fare for the trip. This situation caused unnecessary stress and anxiety, and I feel mistreated by both the driver and Uber. I expect better service and will be reconsidering using Uber in the future unless this issue is addressed.
