Uber support is atrocious. I cannot think of a worse customer support service for any company anywhere. Two recent issues: (1) Had more than $200 in uber cash in my account, but was unable to buy anything on uber eats or take a ride. The default answer, time after time after time, was that there was a credit card issue. After about two months, someone finally realized that, for some reason, Uber had frozen my uber cash balance, and unfreezing it resolved the issue. It's insane the level of incompetence that it took almost two months to get it resolved. (2) I disabled the requirement of needing a PIN for a ride. Yet every time I take a ride it still provides me with and requires me to give the driver a PIN. Response three times from Uber to date has been to explain what the PIN is, ignoring the fact that I've provided them screenshots showing that the PIN functionality is off and yet I still get PINs. Still unresolved.
